Boat Hair Don’t Care: The Genesis for My Too Wordy Blog

Sometimes I am too much. Too loud. Too BIG hair - hey, I live in the Caribbean; cut me some slack! Too prone to follow the next shiny thing. Too nice. Too quick to say yes (even sketchy things). Too sarcastic (but it was hilarious and wildly inappropriate). Too crazy of an aunt to be trusted with tiny humans.

As a writer, I am occasionally too verbose, illuminating, garrulous, expansive, and babbling for my own good…Too wordy. My editors kindly ask me to trim my pieces and be more concise. I get it; less is more. But sometimes, my thoughts spill out, and I need a fun, welcoming space to set them down. This space will do.

So welcome to my blog and enjoy its randomness- who knows what next month’s topic will be? Scratch that; this blog will be informative and entertaining, covering a few of my favorite things: SEO for small businesses, sailing, travel, female entrepreneurship, and wellness. Lord knows we can all use a break from the ordinary to laugh and learn something new - from a Big hair, small girl living on a sailboat somewhere tropical.
